Sucker Free

There are a few movies I want to see, such as A History of Violence and Into the Blue. I am nervous about the upcoming weeks of school. Anxious and nervous. I hope I can survive all of my bullshit commitments. I hope they end up paying off in some way, shape, or form. But they most likely won't.

Fried Chicken Crackers?

So I was home this morning and just before I head back to my place in L.A. my mom starts packing me a few grocery items for me to take. She always does this and she gives me the most random stuff. Today she handed me this weird pack of stuff with Chinese characters written all over it, asking me if I wanted some crackers. I look at the pack and see a picture of fried chicken on the front.
"These aren't crackers. Why is there fried chicken on the front?" I say.
"They are crackers," my mom replies.
"What? No, why would they be crackers. It's probably like fried chicken batter or something," I say.
At this point my mother gets frustrated with me and opens a pack up and shows me that they are in fact crackers. Hahaha, I was amazed. What type of cracker company would put fried chicken on the front of their package? It's not like they even tasted like chicken or anything, just regular crackers. True story.

SChooling It

My life is in disarray. 310 is a lot of work. I went to a CASA meeting yesterday, I joined. I'm not sure what to think about that. It's cool I guess.

For some reason I am always tired. So last week I went grocery shopping at this K Town supermarket called Galleria. Its never smart to go grocery shopping when you're hungry. Well that's what happened. It was like 8pm and I hadn't eaten dinner. I really was having this Korean BBQ craving so everything I bought was for this super korean bbq meal I was planning on making when I got home. I bought kimchee, marinated meats, pickled radishes, even the sesame oil and salt for dipping. Anyways I got home and made myself an uber feast. It was delicious. But now that's kind of all I have to eat around the apartment. I've had korean bbq pretty much everyday for the last week. Today I didn't. I was sick of it. I never knew I could get sick of korean bbq. I hope this doesn't become a trend.

Have you noticed my first few entries have been about food? I should balance these with some posts about beer.
